I have rented a bounce castle twice, the first time I was very happy, the bouncy castle was very clean! The second time it was awful, at first the driver was 50 minutes late, no one called... When it was finally delivered, it turned out that the castle was very dirty, there was also grass on it and worst of all it was wet. We had to wipe the floor and the bouncy castle for the first hour of play, because water was constantly flowing out of it. It was very dangerous for children. It is unacceptable to deliver a bouncy castle in such a state. Although after the conversation the company asked us to pay only £50 to cover the delivery costs, it does not change the fact that we were very disappointed.
